Rob Stiles- Revolution Realty Team/
Do you participate in community projects or volunteerism?
Yes, I’m an ongoing volunteer and have volunteered at Blue Zones Project, Horizons, Waypoint Services, sat on the Czech Village/New Bohemia Main Street Economic development community and others. I’m always looking for a way to move the needle in the right direction within my means as an obligation to myself and society.
Tell us about your family life.
I’ve been with my now fiancee Jackie Fetter, soon to be Stiles for over 5 years. We have our fur baby Chakra, she’s a spoiled child to say the least. We all love to get outside into nature and spend quality time together. Without our baby Chakra, we love to explore and experience life through our community in many diverse ways from attending farmers markets to rock climbing. We love hanging low at home or skipping town when possible. I also have a large extended family who I love and has helped me through tough times as well as allowed me to return the favor when necessary. I could go on for hours so I’ll wrap it up.
I’m truly fortunate to have such fallen into such a nurturing situation and am beyond grateful.
What is your occupation or business purpose?
I’m a serial entrepreneur, I’m currently co-owner of a real estate brokerage with an emphasis on technology and helping leverage efficiencies while running an office culture based on authenticity and self-development while translating it through client and community interactions. I’m also involved in digital marketing/web development, insurance, property management , custom homes, title/escrow, companies and my favorite just on the horizon a real estate software company.
What do you enjoy doing for recreational fun?
I am a music freak, I love listening to all kinds of music, from jazz to EDM. I love researching philosophy, science, literature, history and the way the world has become what it is today through connecting the dots. I also really enjoy pretty much anything having to do with pushing the limits like snowboarding, camping, hiking and the list goes on. Most of all I like sharing experiences with my family and friends.
It’s so rewarding to see others close do well and see everyone grow into better versions of themselves.
Enter in some events or new programs you'd like people to know about.
There are many programs we can offer, but the real gold is in getting involved in the community and finding the others you wouldn't have ever met and offering them your support regardless of the recipient, it could be a start up company or a local boutique. By supporting them, you’re supporting yourself. We have a growing awareness of how great a community can be and synergizing with brilliant and quirky folks is how we all grow.
How can Shero's help you succeed?
Of course we’d love any help getting the word out that we exist, but like I said above, if we support one another at home, then our community, we all get a win.
Do you have a message for Shero's?
I really think that the fact you’re all standing at an event like this shows how things are rapidly improving. Some of you found it on your own or perhaps a friend and some of you may have been sent by a gracious employer. The moral of the story is, every new experience helps each of us to open up a little more and live a more purposeful life if we allow it to. Life isn’t somewhere else out there waiting to be found, it’s in all of us and events with like-minded good intended individuals like this one are a ways for us to find the beauty in one another and ourselves. Remember, struggle is how positive change occurs...with a little faith, a good attitude, willingness to be honest with one’s self and persistence anything is possible.
